Served as an operations partner to the founding team, supporting strategic alignment, implementing operating structure, and driving execution through ongoing collaboration with leadership. Facilitated the transition from early-stage ideation to a more structured, execution-focused operating model
 

​Strategic Planning & Alignment

• Facilitated a 2-day leadership working session to align vision, priorities, and execution

• Implemented EOS tools, including the Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO) and Accountability Chart

• Clarified roles, ownership, and company-wide priorities
   

Operating System Implementation

• Introduced IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) and an L10-style meeting cadence

• Established structured weekly leadership and cross-functional meetings

• Created visibility and accountability across key functions
   

Execution & Ongoing Support

• Partnered closely with the COO to track priorities and resolve operational bottlenecks

• Provided ongoing weekly operational support to maintain execution momentum

• Identified gaps in commercialization and internal coordination
